Bellyon peircing?

okay i forgot the exact name for it but what i thought was involved is that they just kind peirce u like how the ears are done but apparently not...and its more painful than giving birth lol ......well thats what a friend said (she has not given birth yet so i dunno why she said that) but......can you tell me how they do it exactly and how painful it is? and how likely do yyou think it is to get infected and how long does it take to heal and all that stuff? thanks
