SEVERE EAR PAIN HELP! got jammed with stick in ear two weeks ago, NOW IT KILLS?

went to doc today, said the problem could be that my ear is just waxy. puumped ear out woth water and it killed it, saud they got all of it out except a chunk of wax that would 'work its way out.' looked in ear, didnt see anything else wrong. IT HURTS SO BAD I THOUGHT MY EAR DRUM WAS RUPTURRED OR BAD INFECTION!!!!!!! its a throbbing stabbing pain!!! sent me hom with no ear drops, nothing. it kills to the point that i cant stand. took 6 advils through the course of day today, took tylenol pm hour ago, could i take more advild now? PLS HELP MY MOMS IN BED AND WONT HELP AND I CANT TAKE THE PAIN AND I CANT GO TO SLEEP NOW ITS BURNING. hour ago she put ear ache medicine in it and that made it throb!!!! cant lay on it idk what to do help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
