What are the best Community Colleges in El Cajon, CA or San Diego, CA?

I am looking to possibly move out to the El Cajon, CA area in the next few months. I have been wanting to head back to school but dont want to start school where I live now (San Bernardino County CA) only to have to transfer in a few months (that is if the move even happens that soon). I was just wondering if there are any good community colleges out there...if so can you help me with the websites? I try to look them up but get a bunch of random sites. I dont know where I should look first. Thanks so much.
