That would be the nineteenth amendment (C), 1920. The fifteenth amendment gave all male citizens, regardless of race, over a certain age, which I think at the time was 21, the right to vote. The 14th amendment made former male slaves citizens. If there was no such amendment, women would still not have the right to vote!
