Golda Meir, Indira Gandhi, Margaret Thatcher or Evita Peron. Which of these four was the best leader & why?

Golda Meir. She was a pioneer in her own country as well as Prime Minister of Israel. She helped redevelop and restore the Israeli nation from a few settlements before WWII to the nation it became in 1967. She was very courageous and went places most people would not have. She championed the State of Israel in Europe and the United States as well as led her country to defend itself against invaders and terrorists. She can actually be considered the Mother of Modern-Day Israel. We need more like her. There is an excellent biography on Golda and her earlier years. I think was called either Golda or Goldie.
