Food poisoning and now its been 4 days =[?

So, i had food poisoning sunday night and i puked at like 4 am when i woke up from the irritation. now its been a few days, no more puking but i have constatn diarhea. last night i was waking up every hr to go. but my poop isnt even solid. no poop at all jsut pure.... liquid. for ex. i drank gatorade. and i was pooping gatorade colored liquids liek 1 hr later. and when ever i try to eat i feel liek barfing again. does anyone have advice? do i need to see a doctor?
