What octaine does a triumph spitfire mark II take ?

If my memory isn't too fuzzy, I recall all the Triumphs took regular grade (87 octane). However, the '60s Triumph engines had a reputation for being quirky, so the extra 5% cost of fuel to use premium in an engine for which replacement parts are rare would be a decent investment. Detonation would be a Bad Thing.
