CA workers comp questions?

ok i have had a Workman's comp claim for a while now seem like every time my comp adjuster is needed she is not there. My sergons can't get a hold of her and it takes weeks for my attorney to so my question is. Is there any way to get a new adjuster or am i stuck playing this game she likes to play.
