Problems With my Nikon HELP!?

first of all you should be able to connect the camera while it is turned on. otherwise your computer will not recognize it. try using another USB cable. if the problem is not fixed contact nikon. could just be a problem with your camera. i doubt it has anything to do with BOTH memory cards
