Do you think I should keep this car?

I have a 2003 Opel Corsa Elegance 1.6 diesel here at home, it is my first car. Now, I have a choice, I can either fix up the whole car (re-spray etc.) and make it look and feel brand new or I can get any new entry level car on the market. The Corsa has air conditioning, power steering, mp3 player, it's VERY enconomic and so on. things that I would not get in an entry level car for example a City Golf. Should i keep it or should I buy a new car?
