Gun trading/ buying questions.?

well im selling my dad my winchester 30-30 for 200$ then i found a all matching norinco sks at the gun store for 200$ it comes with a usa brand 30 round magazine 2 dust cover mounts (i know wondering zero) and a folding stock to boot. i know im getting a deal here but just how good of one?. then im going to trade my remington 870 mag for as much 7.62x39 as i can. then i have my christmas list. it includes tapco 20 round magazines 30.06 ammo wold 12 gauge buck shot. winchester 7 1/2 shot and .22 ammo. you see i know ammo and guns are ganna sky rocket in price so im going to stock up now and try to get enough ammo to last me for the rest of my life (im 14). so that when im old and my grandkids want to go hunting but rifles cost 1000s of dollars and a box of shells cost hundreds ill be set to take them. do you think i got the right idea?
