Hair Help Please!!!!!!?

I'm so frustrated with my hair. No hairstyles look good with it. I have medium length blonde, thin hair. My last haircut I got layers put in. Now the top of my hair is flat and where the layers are it poofs out at the ends. My hair is kind of wavy so I son't want angles because they'll curl at the end so I don't want to have to straighten it. I want a low maintenance haircut, but not too short. Any ideas? Pictures would help.
