Im 15 and pregnante but my bf is 18 he was 17 at the time will that cause problems?

both of our parents aprove of us dateing and i think his know we have but i think im pregnant i am showing all the signs and i have missed a couple periods im EXTREMITY worried he can get in trouble now, i told him no more ual things now that he is 18 and he is fine with that but im super worried he can get into trouble :[ what do i do? plus my mom is psycho and she would try and steel the baby because she wants one but her husband got his thingy waked off.. can i keep the hospital records private so people cant see them?
