Romance manga with smut/comedy, any good ones out there?

Try, Ouran High School Host Club for comedy and romance. I'm not sure what you mean by smut? A lot of yaoi animes have explicit scenes, Enzai or Boku no Pico are both pretty (well very) heavy but not a lot of romance. Sensitive ogphy nicely combines toching romance and y stuff.Junjou Romantica is good too, comedy and romance with light smut.
