Would like your input. (It's long, but please read.) Should I pursue her?

Just go out with her as friends. At first I thought it sounded like she was definitely into you. However, if she flat out told you she is "kinda" seeing someone and would love to go out as friends, then she is definitely only interested in you as a friend right now. She just sounds like a really sociable bubbly person. Says nice things to you because she probably means it. I would just stick with the friends thing. It could develop into more, or she could decide that she would like to make it more.
