You cannot own a boundary, you only have the rights to maintain it ?
they have not claimed adveres possession, nor was there any possery certificate when I bought the property, we removed the fence as it cotravined the covenant, and breached our conveyance, it infiringed our rights under the land and property law, also the rights of way act, we saw this as tressp with intent to obstruct, I belive it is 20 years for adverse pssession of a roadway, but this roadway would be cled as communal land as it's purpoes is to serve all the properties, the fence was not up twenty years, and the rights are imperpetute (forever) we removed the fence that is when the litigation was brought against us, and as it turned out no piont in law was ever refered to, it was pure and simply a charachter isnation, it was a delberate act of bullying of the highest order, even to the piont where police where sent to my house, to arrest me on a whim made by the nieghbours, I had just come out of hospital after a opertation it was terrifying. they tried to criminalise me.
