Camelot Lavender Foxglove plants are not doing good?

Please help me! These are my first ones. I planted them two weeks ago dirt ground with mulch on the top. I dug a deep hole left the soil they came in, loosened the roots and as soon as I watered them they started to wilter. The bottom leaves did. Then I didn't water them for a day and still no progress. They started to come back last week I was watering them every other day along with the rest of my flowers in the flower bed. I have feed them with natures miricle they are in a spot that gets sun in the am only. Partial shade and they are dieing. What on earth can I do to save these plants!! They look horrible right now!
