Do you think all those bystanders at the Homecoming in California should all be arrested?

That girl was gang d for almost 3 hours by at least 7-10 different guys and it disturbs me to see the charges brought on these men. in Concert. with a foreign object??? What did they do to her??? I believe that all of those bystanders and every bystander should be arrested if they do not report a crime or try to help. Its is absolutely sick that these people were people she went to school with and no one helped her. Chivalry is dead. If I was there that wouldnt have happened.
